Practice gentle and beginner yoga classes. Learn and integrate ways the ancient yogic tradition was used to calm the “mind-stuff.”

Sessions are personalized to meet your goals and may include a combination of classical yoga postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama), kundalini kriya, chanting, chakra balancing, relaxation, yoga sleep (Yoga Nidra).
