About Me

 

For a long time, many women I work with have learned how to stay strong, perceptive, and self-contained. Over time, that strength can come at a quiet cost—disconnection from the body, uncertainty in one’s own voice, and a deep, unspoken exhaustion. My work is for women who have been holding themselves together for a long time, and who are ready to stop overriding themselves and begin feeling safe, present, and real again.

 

My name is Randi Camirand, and I support women who have been impacted by emotional harm, narcissistic abuse, chronic stress, and trauma to gently return to themselves—at their own pace, in their own way. I believe something essential in you has always known how to protect itself—and now it may be ready to soften, breathe, and come home.

My Approach

 

I work intuitively and integratively, drawing from meditation, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed practices. Rather than pushing for insight or catharsis, we focus on staying with yourself—moment by moment—so your system can gradually release what it’s been holding.

 

Whether we’re working together in individual sessions or within a group meditation space, my intention is always the same: to help you feel safer in your own body and more anchored in your own truth.

 

This work is especially supportive for women who:

  • Feel disconnected from themselves after emotional or relational harm

  • Are healing from gaslighting or narcissistic abuse

  • Struggle with self-doubt, hypervigilance, or emotional exhaustion

  • Long to feel grounded, clear, and whole again

 

Healing doesn’t require reliving everything that happened. Often, it begins with learning how to be with what is—gently, compassionately, without force.
