Hello! My name is Randi and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Energy Practitioner. I weave together these disciplines to offer a mind-body approach to therapy. My goal is always the same; to help you live with more ease. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, low-self esteem, chronic illness, emotional reactivity, grief, chronic pain, and more. I have a special interest in working with those who consider themselves sensitive or empathetic.

As a teenager, when nothing made sense to me, a beloved mentor introduced me to energy, chakras, and Dr. Bernie Siegel’s books on mind-body medicine. This made sense! This began my mind-body journey. As an adult, I have received formal academic training in psychology, counseling and education. Since then I have committed to deepening my understanding of all things mind-body through formal learning and personal practice.

I am a life long learner. I practice. I do my work. I ask for help when I need it. I have a daily spiritual yoga practice. I show up. I continue to evolve.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, which means I address the mind, body, and subtle body. My goal is always the same — to improve your sense of safety in the world so you can live with more ease. When we feel safe, we experience confidence, calmness creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connection. When we feel safe we can heal.
