The SHE RISES Movement is calling you to reclaim archetypal aspects of your innate feminine leadership. This workshop will take you through exploring 38 archetypes of female wisdom. We will use the beautiful SHE RISES female archetypes of leadership card deck written by Anodea Judith and designed by Melinda Matzell.

Each beautifully illustrated card in the deck represents a female archetype and is described as I, She, and You. The “I” voice speaks directly from the archetype in evocative poetry, bringing her message to the world. The “She” section telly you all about that archetype, such as her role in history and her status in the world today. The “You” section offers guidance and wisdom for your work and personal life.

In this workshop we will:

• Get to know 38 female archetypes and begin the process of awakening hidden powers within ypu

• Identify your Power Base Archetype and engage with her throughout the course of the workshop

• Meet and transform the feminine shadow. Here you will identify your shadow, its underlying needs, and explore an archetype to balance it.

• Use EFT “tapping” to gently release fear, guilt, shame, grief, lies, illusion, and attachment

• Engage in a meditation practice to soothe your body, mind and soul

• Learn ways to continue to use the cards to enrich your life
