My Approach

I offer a way of being with the body that has been lived, studied, and practiced for decades.

My work is grounded in extensive training in mind–body awareness and trauma-informed practice—not as techniques I apply to you, but as capacities I have deeply developed myself. I have spent years in rigorous personal practice, mentorship, and study, learning how the nervous system, consciousness, and relational trauma move and resolve from the inside out.

What sets my work apart is not just what I know—it’s how thoroughly I’ve lived it.

Many providers learn approaches intellectually or add mind-body language onto talk therapy. My work emerges from a long-term commitment to inhabiting the body as a stable, attuned ground. This allows me to perceive subtle patterns of contraction, dissociation, and self-abandonment that often go unnoticed, and to guide you with precision, safety, and respect for your pacing.

Clients often report feeling seen and heard in a way they haven’t before, not analyzed, fixed, or rushed, but met. That depth of attunement comes from thousands of hours of personal inquiry and professional practice, not from a weekend training or textbook technique.

Clients often tell me this is the first time they’ve felt their body exhale—the first time anxiety wasn’t analyzed, managed, or overridden, but actually met and released.

This is why my work is different.

And this is why it works.

I work slowly, intelligently, and relationally, because real healing requires presence, not pressure.

People choose to work with me out of pocket because they’re not paying for a session—they’re investing in the quality of attention, presence, and discernment that holds them. They’re choosing a practitioner whose nervous system can support their own, whose guidance is grounded rather than performative, and whose work continues long after the session ends.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients report feeling:

  • Their body and mind are aligned, not at war.

  • They can feel their emotions and sensations without being overwhelmed.

  • There’s a quiet clarity beneath the chaos of their thoughts.

  • They can respond to life instead of reacting out of old patterns; they feel calmer and steadier.

  • They have access to their own inner wisdom—their body knows what’s safe, what needs attention, and what can be released.

This is not standard care.

It’s carefully cultivated work—for those ready to meet themselves with honesty, depth, and real support.
