The Women's Meditation Classes offer a nurturing space to unwind, reconnect, and deepen into the wisdom of your own being. Rooted in embodiment/somatic practices, female grounding, with a touch of spirituality, each session guides you into a more spacious, authentic experience of yourself.
Through gentle breathing practices, grounding techniques, and attunements to the internal space of the body, you'll learn to inhabit the your whole being with greater ease, presence, and steadiness.
You'll be guided to contact the subtle core of the body, awaken inner wholeness, explore your intuition, and open to your innate stillness.
These practices support gentle release of old patterns, increased resilience, and a felt sense of belonging in your body
