Meditation Practices based on the Realization Process

 

The Realization Process meditation practices were developed by Judith Blackstone, PhD. Unlike meditation systems that emphasize transcending the body or detaching from experience, the Realization Process invites practitioners to settle more fully into the body, uncovering the subtle dimensions of consciousness that pervade both the body and the environment. The practices are done sitting, standing and walking.
