The Realization Process

The Realization Process is a gentle, nondual, body-based path to embodied presence and inner unity. In this category, I share how I work with Realization Process practices to support trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and the integration of awareness into daily life. This work emphasizes grounding nondual awareness in the body, restoring wholeness, and living from a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and belonging—through direct experience rather than effort or self-improvement.
