Trauma healing isn’t about reliving the past or pushing through pain. In this category, I share my integrative, body-based approach to healing trauma—drawing from nervous system regulation, EFT tapping, EMDR, somatic practices, and compassionate inquiry. My work centers on restoring safety, choice, and connection by listening to the body’s wisdom and gently unwinding survival responses. Healing unfolds through attunement, pacing, and trust—not force.
