  • Re-inhabiting areas that learned to brace, collapse, or disappear

  • Untangling trauma bonds stored in the nervous system

  • Building self-trust through direct embodied experience


Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me?”


The work becomes:


“What did my body learn—and how can we update that learning?”
