So many women move through life taking care of everyone else first. We hold responsibilities, emotions, and expectations — and sometimes we lose touch with our own inner wisdom along the way.
My Women’s Online Meditation Classes were created as a warm, nurturing space for women to reconnect with themselves. These classes are offered online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home — wrapped in a blanket, sipping tea, resting in bed, or simply sitting quietly.
