What is the Realization Process?


The Realization Process was developed by Judith Blackstone, PhD, and is a meditative and self-inquiry practice designed to help people uncover their true nature and experience a state of presence or being that is naturally peaceful, clear, and awake. To me, it has become a way for me to realize the steady ground of my own being, rather than just changing thoughts, emotions, or behaviors.
