Before you begin:Take a moment to notice the fear you’re experiencing right now. You don’t need to analyze it—just sense where it lives in your body and rate the intensity from 0–10.
Setup Statement (Karate Chop Point)
Tap the side of your hand and repeat 3 times:
“Even though I feel this fear in my body, I acknowledge it, and I’m open to meeting myself with kindness.”
Tapping Through the Points
Eyebrow:“This fear I’m carrying.”
Side of the Eye:“My body is holding onto this fear.”
Under the Eye:“I can feel it right now.”
Under the Nose:“This sense of threat or unease.”
Chin:“My system learned this for a reason.”
Collarbone:“This fear has been trying to protect me.”
Under the Arm:“I don’t need to force it to go away.”
Top of the Head:“I’m allowing this fear to be here, just as it is.”
Second Round – Introducing Safety
Eyebrow:“Even with this fear…”
Side of the Eye:“I’m here, and I’m safe in this moment.”
Under the Eye:“I can feel my body right now.”
Under the Nose:“I’m breathing.”
Chin:“I’m supported by the surface beneath me.”
Collarbone:“My nervous system can begin to soften.”
Under the Arm:“It’s okay to let this intensity reduce.”
Top of the Head:“I’m open to more ease than before.”
Closing
Pause. Take a slow breath.Check back in with your body and notice if the intensity has shifted—even slightly.
Why Scripts Like This Can Help
A tapping script can be a powerful entry point. It gives your mind something to focus on while your body receives a calming signal. For many people, this alone can reduce the intensity of fear in the moment and create a sense of relief or grounding.
But fear—especially chronic fear, anxiety, or trauma-based responses—often lives deeper than what a general script can reach.
Why Working with a Clinical EFT Practitioner Matters
When you work with a clinical EFT practitioner, the process becomes much more precise and effective.
Instead of tapping on generalized statements, we:
Identify the specific roots of your fear
Work with how it shows up uniquely in your body and nervous system
Address underlying experiences, patterns, and emotional imprints that scripts can’t access on their own
Move at a pace that supports safety, regulation, and lasting change
This is where deeper shifts happen—not just temporary relief, but real resolution over time.
Next Steps
If fear or anxiety feels stuck in your body, or keeps returning no matter how much inner work you do, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I work with clients using clinical EFT and body-based awareness to gently unwind fear at its source—helping your nervous system learn that it no longer needs to stay on high alert.
If you’re ready to move beyond self-help tools and experience deeper, supported change, I invite you to work with me.
You deserve relief that lasts.
